WARRANTY


Taktaktak warrants products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, and to conform with the specifications for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During that period any malfunctioning or damaged units will be replaced, repaired, serviced, and/or calibrated on a return-to-factory basis. This warranty does not cover any problems resulting from damages during shipping, incorrect use, improper working environment, abusive treatment or any other obvious user-inflicted fault.

OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE


Did your old and out of warranty Taktaktak-product break? Don't worry. We'll most likely be able to fix it for you. We don't care if you're the first, second or sixteenth owner, we'll do our best to help you out. In some cases we may have to charge for parts, labour or both depending on the severity of the issue and only upon your acceptance. 

WEB STORE RETURN POLICY


Should you wish to return your unused Taktaktak product purchased through the taktaktak.dk web store, then we're here to help. The following terms apply:

  • Contact us before returning any item.

  • Return items in their original and unbroken packaging.

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for return postage costs. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

  • The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your returned item has been received, inspected and cleared, refund will be issued to the original method of payment. This process takes a few days.
